Common questions

Is this QR code really free?

Yes. It's a static QR code: it never expires, needs no account, and the data is encoded locally in your browser — nothing is uploaded or stored.

Does the QR code expire?

No. Static codes don't point through any redirect service, so they work as long as your review link does. (If Google ever changes your review URL, just print a new code.)

Where should I put my Google review QR code?

Table tents and receipts work best — catch people right after the purchase. Checkout counters, packaging, and business cards are the next best spots.

How do I find my Google review link?

In Google Business Profile: Home → "Get more reviews" → "Share review form", then copy the URL. You can also shorten it before pasting.

Will customers need an app or account?

No app needed — any phone camera scans it. To actually post the review they must be signed into Google, which nearly everyone already is on their phone.

Why aren't my reviews showing up?

Google filters reviews for spam; the QR code only makes leaving one easy. Ask for honest feedback, never offer incentives — that gets reviews removed.
